Today was hard physically but all the effort was worth it. We startd out at a great waterfall, Halifoss, which is two waterfalls in one. Then, we drove back on the road to perdition to Landmannalugar Reserve, which is one of Iceland's most popular camping and hiking locales.
Of course, it was alternating between raining and a very heavy mist, all with a strong wind, so hiking and photography were difficult, to say the least. Still, we trudged on and hiked through some of the most starkly beautiful places on earth!
Then back to the hotel, a final dinner, and then to bed. Tomorrow will be a day of departure, so I'm not sure how much photography we will get in. Not that that is a problem as we are all photo'd out!
